Rock & Rouge Foundation aims to provide a science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics path for girls, introducing them to a future of new careers and empowering women locally and abroad.
Rock & Rouge Music, LLC, pioneered the Festival and its foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, to champion women’s cultural advancement and provide small scholarships to summer camps, empowering girls to explore science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics education.
Rock & Rouge Foundation promotes the education, empowerment, and enrichment of young girls and women from all backgrounds in Southern Louisiana, specifically the Greater New Orleans Area. The way we accomplish this is two-fold. First, we provide small grants up to 5 girls in under-served communities through fundraising events, like the festival and other special events, and secondly, through generous contributors like yours. As a Rock & Rouge donor you may specify which department you would like your contribution to be used, either the festival, or foundation summer camp grants, we will help you achieve the placement for your donation. Some women have received emergency micro-grant awards in housing, transportation, prescription drugs and with simple meals. We are building our new partnerships with innovational & entrepreneurial businesses and sponsorships.
